New to Fitness?! This is how we get started - 4 sessions scheduled with a BLACK SHEEP coach. This includes a movement assessment, goal setting, nutrition , and personalized program!

Optimize your fitness or move better - Kettlebells have also been used for rehab, which makes this program truly unique!

MOBILITY

This program helps optimize joint and tissue health. The focus is to restores lost range of motion in movement patterns used for everyday.
